does heroin kill?

it can kill you the first time right....






but how? do you pass out and never wake up, do you get so crazy you run in the middle of the street and get hit by a car, whats up people ? just wondering


im not going to try it or anything so save the dont do it advice

Heroin definitely kills you, but it kills u slowly..
First, u will get addicted, can't live without it.. Heroin will slowly damage your brain, heart, poison your blood. And the worse, if u use shared needle, the chance to get HIV infections is utterly plausible.

You will get worse each time u used it, yet it seems for u that u can't continue ur life without it..
At the end, u will end up in a rehab.. Lucky for u if after u are clean, u will not tempted to try it again.

It is very easy, therefore, to overwork your body beyond the point for which it is made.
