Me and my husband are trying to conceive a second child....I am wondering...Is it ok to do abdominal exercises (sit ups, crunches, etc.) while trying to conceieve and also during the first trimester?? Or will doing sit ups harm the growing fetus during the first 3 months of pregnancy?

no sit ups are okay just dont over do it maybe a set or 2 will be okay after that you might want to walk or do a lighter excersise

if you ONLY JUST started doin situps NOW then its bad cos your putting strain on your body BUT if you have been doing them for a while its ok cos its not a strain cos your body is already used to it
