i have a sony computer, i used system recovery disk to reinstall my computer, but after that i can connect the internet. Before that we used WiFi netwok for the whole family. somebody told me to download SP2 . i don't even know how to install sp2, and what should i do then? how can i set up the inernet and connect my own network? Please help me. Thanks a lot

Once you're connected to the internet make sure you do all your windows updates (it include SP2) by going to start > all programs > windows updates or windowsupdate.microsoft.com website.

talk to your ISP (internet service provider) theyll usually be willing to help you out and in some cases completely set it up for you
