Is it an hour, 20 minutes? a second? a mili-second...or is it just something people say? lol!

No sweety, that's actually an allusion that just means the same thing as "in a flash" or "a millisecond". It just means really fast.

they say new york minute cuz we're busy ppl. we're always on the go. quick. we dont like to wait for anything! we have little patience and alot of attitude. this said a new york minute is more like half a minute or less lol

from a scientific standpoint i believe it is still 60 seconds but einsteind said everything is relative
