what are the first steps on building a home on vacant land?

I have a lot shaped like a pie with 3250sqft of land.the land needs to be leveled,and it has the boundry pins up.

First you need to have permission to build and you plans have have been approved. You have to have a topographic study to find out what kind of foundations you need and then build the foundations. After the foundations you build the structure and then the rest.
