Coffee or an energy drink. But if you're staying up late just to stay up ... ahh.... I'd say go to bed. We need to listen to our bodies, if it's tired, it needs sleep.

why do you need to stay wakeful? bypass to sleep! in case you need to stay wakeful and also you dont have something accessible, i'd save doing something interactive. chat on line, save answering questions concerning the following. something you want to stay busy with and carry your interest. in case you attempt to computer screen a movie or something the position you only save nevertheless you'll nod off.

I think it's in the genes...I suffer from the opposite problem.I really become alive when the clock strikes 12 and i can't sleep.Then I'm wrecked in the morning...just the clock inside, I guess.You can't change it:-)

well the only thing that works for me is 12 pack of Coke. the only problem with that is you will have really bad gas cramps throughout the next day.

Go and take cold bath.eat something.If you are in Malaysia, i suggest Tongkat Ali with power root.I bet you wont sleep
