Svelte has the nearest meaning. Bombshell is too sexy. How about a Matinee-idol?

sophisticated covers some of it.. but probably doesn't imply sexy. A quick yahoo search tells me that the people which appear to most often apply those terms to themselves are various "Russian Brides" ... also not helpful, but pretty damn funny.
I don't know that one word will provide the description you're seeking. You may wish to go with a similie of sorts... "She possessed a level of intelligence, elegance and sexiness that was almost Jane Seymour-esque." < Insert appropriate celebrity here.

(1) Someone wearing less than required amount of clothing - hence showing off their appealing body parts such as lean stomach, well-shaped legs, etc. (2) Someone who has a flirtateous attitude and talks in a sultry voice - only during "appropriate" times. And not all the times - that would be a whore/manwhore! (3) Something/Someone that can turn someone else on. (4) Kissable pink lips are sexy. :D

No, svelte is not what you are looking for, that just means slim, and well put together. How about "complete package"

sexy, intelligent, and elegant are so different in meaning that it's hard to find a word that means exactly that. But you could be vague and use a word that will cover all positive stuff about women.
