They're both very well-written shows, but my vote goes to Frasier. Clever, intelligent dialogue without being "snooty"...in fact, it made fun of Frasier's snootiness ! Some of the most hysterical moments ever on TV. One memorable moment that almost made me wet my pants...Frasier trying to sing (and miserably bumbling) "Buttons and Bows" on the PBS pledge drive. Brilliant !!!

will & grace becaause it is a great show about two gay guys and two straight girls who have the funniest lifes but there is still some drama and some romance.
