When you want to and not because you just want to but you want to share that with that one person for the first time. There is nothing wrong with waiting until you are ready (emotionally, mature enough, and stable enough to deal with any concequences that might arrise).
You can always have sex, sex and more sex later on in life. But you can only have sex for the frist time once. Doesnt mean it has to be all superficially special with roses, music, and blah blah blah, but it should mean something to you and something to person you are with. Don't have your first time just to have it or to keep up with other people your age.

The bible says you should be married, but these days in times they are having sex younger and younger. I think you should wait until marrige but if you are responsible to have sex be responsible to deal with the consequences that comes along with it

I started at 13, but that was way to young. I would say 16 is a pretty good age.

You start having sex when you know the person won't hust you if he does it with you. Make sure he/she is the one you wanna be with. Don't do it to early and make sure your parents know and be protected. If you parents say not to then be very careful.

when ever you feel ready - depends on the person -could be 16 could be 26.
