That's very natural. Do you have friends outside of work to share your free time with ?
Ofcourse this may cause your friend to be too indispensable for you and she/he might get on your nerves as well. Dependence make a person nervous and angry. Anyway...
It depends on your personality. Some people stay reserved and quiet and keep a distance with people. Some are pretty active and extrovert and think self-centered and act like however they feel like.
A good approach might be acting according to how you feel. Unlike the hyperactive ones with dramatic changes when they try to be distant. You don't get way too close and stay too far. A fine tuning of closeness and distance according to the way you feel.
Then people can get to understand when not to bother you much.
If you got your privacy ok, then the annoying thing might be how this or that person is acting such and such. Not being able to stop your mind from thinking about those.
Females are very social and analyze people around them. At work you have lotsa time to interact and make comments of your own in your mind.
Since you feel dependent about work and along with work come those people, you probably want to destroy the building sometimes.
My suggestion would be keeping your mind busy (not intensly) about something outside work. A plan, a hobby, children, a club, gym...something that improves, that gets better in time. It would create an alternative to work, add meaning to your everyday life.
Making you feel not so dependent on work.
Also not to get perfectionist and set yourself standarts like "I should get along well with everybody", which doesn't seem to be the problem right now but just in case :)
This doesn't necessarily mean to make the work evil and everything else good. I believe this is a passage and it'll go away in time. You may ofcourse experience it again but that's only natural.
Good luck :)
