I'm not even sure they would wear seat belts on a daily basis , I mean compared to the number of people dying from famine and riots in the countries that have the most car bombings , do you really think seat belt safety is of high priority ?

I think it would be kind of pointless. I hared some of the people who drive the car bombs are duck taped to the wheel and are forced of drive.

I think so. they wouldn't want to be stopped by the cops, then have the cop see the bomb or something cuz that could really ruin things.

hm, that is a really interesting, and original question, well, i do not think so, why would they, they probably do not even know that the seat belt is there, none the less what it is.

yeah, some life insurance companies pay extra if u are wearing your seat belt when u crash and die.
