I'm not even sure they would wear seat belts on a daily basis , I mean compared to the number of people dying from famine and riots in the countries that have the most car bombings , do you really think seat belt safety is of high priority ?

I think it would be kind of pointless. I hared some of the people who drive the car bombs are duck taped to the wheel and are forced of drive.

I think so. they wouldn't want to be stopped by the cops, then have the cop see the bomb or something cuz that could really ruin things.

hm, that is a really interesting, and original question, well, i do not think so, why would they, they probably do not even know that the seat belt is there, none the less what it is.
