I always pack a box for the goodwill and give it to others that may be able to get some use from it. Recently I cleaned out my closet totally giving most of everything that I owned to the victims of the Hurricane Katrina, I felt like they had lost everything and I had so much, so I went from having a closet full of everything to having nothing to wear literally. Needless to say that I've been blessed enough to fill that empty closet up again with so many CUTE outfits. Give it to the needy, you'll feel good and be blessed all at the same time. Good luck

Donate them to the good-will. This way, the clothes you spent money on aren't being wasted and you can help clothe others that don't have very much money. It's really a effortless process: just gather up the clothes that are taking up space, drive them to your local salvation army, hand them to the workers around back. I find myself doing this with my unwanted clothes and as a added bonus, anything you donate is a tax write off.

Consignment shops will buy clothes for resale, if you want to make some extra cash. You can also hold a yard sale for that. If it's something you are never going to wear again, you could donate them. The Goodwill always accepts donations.

Give them away to places like Value Village and the Salvation Army. Other people can benefit off of your old clothes. One person's junk is another person's treasure.

Absolutely..give them away. Do you have a women's shelter in your area? You can usually find a contact number and they will pick up the items (actual locations are not usually given out) That would be the best. Pass on good used purses, and any useful items to them. For the most part, these women come to shelters with nothing!

Sometimes I'll cut them up and redesign them if I have the time.
Sometimes I will use them as rags to clean the floor.
I might sell them to the rag and bone man for some money as well.
Sending them to charities, hmmm I don't think it is a very good idea as I won't be too happy receive old clothings (unless they look fine and not too worn out).

Sell them at the flea market like i did, made alot of money. I use to donate them to my local goodwill but they were overly charging everyone no matter what condition anybodys clothes were in. So i figured may as well put that money back into my own pocket where it came from anyway.

Well I have a little cousin I give all my clothes to, but if I didn't have her I would probably give them to a thrift store. Maybe like the salvation army or like Plato's closet or a consignment store! Hope I helped!

Well you could be crafty with it. I've always given mine to thrift shops (donations) or donated them to Salvation Army or places like that. I think with this last batch of maternity clothes, I'm going to go to a barely used place and try to get some money back for them.
