i am really confused right now, because i got back my personality test today and the results are very dismal. SInce i have been in high school, people described me as monotone, as in, i stay in the same tone of voice when i talk, and like, i am just weird? So i found this site that gives free tests, and one of which has to do with your psychology, so i took it and like, almost all the areas of testing i only strayed .5 away from the "regular" middle.
See it grades you with bars, and 3 is in the center, and it goes out 3 more points on each side, and the highest scores i got was one 4, one 3.9, and one 3.7. All the rest were within .4 away from the 3! I could really use a psychologist hehe =)

As far as free tests on the web go, the Myers-Briggs Train Inventory test and the Enneagram tests at least will give you an idea of different aspects of your personality -- more than the other test you took, which sounds like it just left you with some numbers that were hard to interpret.

See links below for online versions of these tests.

Sometimes people have trouble taking tests because they think too much or don't have a good handle on themselves, so you might want to ask others what they think of the results you get on these two.

Also, don't worry about the "grouping" of your skills on this other test you took. Everyone takes a test differently. Some people give extreme answers, making their scores float towards the edges; other people grade themselves more neutrally in everything and their scores tend to group in the middle. You definitely could have used an interpreter for this one, if it was a decent test.

As far as your monotone goes, don't worry about it. Everyone is different. Guys especially more than girls tend to "flatten" their voices, and it's not uncommon for a guy to have a flat voice.

People who run more on "thinking" through things rather than feeling them will also have flatter voices. I don't know where you fall, but unless a *lot* of people seem "creeped out" by your voice, your monotone is probably fine.

Personally I do not believe in personality tests. I know my personality.
