not most women...but I heard models and some celebrities use that lip plumping stuff on their nipples which has the same effect that you speak of...it's sex appeal to be nipping-it makes you look aroused, just like blush makes your cheeks look flushed.some trends are so silly!
so I think I'll leave my nipples to their own bidding...^_^

They could if they wanted to, if there is such a thing.
Your question is a bit too generalized to answer though. It's like asking if all guys wear briefs or boxers... everyone's different, so the answer changes per person.
I personally have never heard of a nipple stiffening cream, though I've heard of quite the opposite - some women, especially after having breast-fed a child, use nipple softening/moisterizing cream.

What the heck is that?
If "they" even make the stuff, I would think it would only be for women with nerve disorders caused by damage to nerves during surgeries...
Nipples harden on their own, when women sneeze, when they are cold, when they are aroused, when they need to breastfeed...
I do know some celebrities use fake nipple "inserts" in their bras to make them look perky, but cream? That's unlikely.

Listen kid....wive's snake it all the time from their hubby's medicine cabinet. You know...the cream they use on their penis to stiffen it up.
