I tried ad-aware and spybot, but it can't remove it.

You can try antivirus or antispyware program such as Windows Defender, Norton Antivirus 2006, Trend Micro, AVG, etc.Besides, you can also download Windows Updates to remove malicious softwares, security risks and security threats.

Try microsoft's window defender, its new and it works really well, took out a virus and the spyware on my computer.
