A freind of mine is having some finacial probles. She is a single mother of 4 young kids. I told her there is goverment help to pay some of your bill. I think there is a program that has section 8 houseing but she dosnt know how to apply for it. If anyony has any ideas it would be much apreciated. Thank you.

Logic suggests you should search for the Pueblo, Colorado website that features all U.S. Government generated information booklets on ALL their vast programs one can apply for.

Either that or suggest to your friend to seek out a credit counseling service. I sought help from the latter and they really came through for me.
