My neighbor Henry is at it again, he is nude, has a flashlight, and is cutting the grass in the rain. Do you think something may be wrong with him? His lawn looks very nice by the way.

First of all, he shouldn't cut the grass in the rain. He'll ruin his mower. Second, if he doesn't want to ruin his clothes, he could wear swimming trunks. Third, it's not safe to mow and night. Fourth, he's probably disturbing someone's sleep by mowing at night. Fifth, he might be a nudist. Sixth, if he's nude in the front yard, then ask him to stop or you'll call the cops. Seventh, if in the back, then don't bother calling the cops. A Judge have ruled before ruled it was legal. If it bothers you, don't look or talk to him about it. I wouldn't let any kids see, though. If he wants you to join him, I wouldn't even if you're nude in his house. That's weird.

That He's nude is enough to think something is wrong with him, but cutting it in the rain, with a flashlight. Was it also nighttime?

Well, as long as the lawn is nice.... OK, OK. Yes this is quite illegal. Flashlight, nude, rain?! There is something wrong in his mind, he's probably not a born criminal. If he persists, put a call into the police, especially if the quality of his lawn goes down... ;-)

If he is cutting the grass in the rain nude, you should do something! His lawn might look great, but just think you were trying to sell your home with him doing that!!! Anyway, it's indecent exposure! Call the authorities.

Go play tackle foot ball with him and actually try to win. Maybe He enjoys cutting the grass in the nude at night with a flashlight while it's raining. I would, especially in Arizona. It's freakin HOT!

HAHA thats great. man I wish I had cool neightbors like that. Does he have a privacy fence that you just happen to be able to see over? Or is he just out in the open like that? I wouldn't call the police on him...just next time you see him dressed, go up and mention to him that you saw him and you didn't think it was appropriate. And for the sake of children in the neighborhood, to not do it anymore. If he does it again, then maybe call the police to show you mean business. And if he is behind a privacy fence, he's teaching you a lesson for peeping!

Since I can tell you aren't into him this is what you should do. First tape him mowing the lawn naked, then make like a bunch of videos, next blackmail him saying that if he doesn't move you will put thins one the internet, give it to his mother, or give it to every guy in the neighbor hood so they think he is gay and he will be shuned from everybody and no one will talk to him ( only the gay guy in the neighbor hood and that might make him move more)

There's nothing wrong with Henry, he's simply demonstrating in a powerful way that society's standards and expectations mean nothing to him. Henry is free. On the other hand, slave, you're convinced that his behavior is the result of a mental defect and that, for his protection, he should be locked up. You shouldn't be reporting his behavior, you should be applauding it. Better yet, join him. Hell, I'll show up too, and we can all stick it to the man together!

o.k..... if he's out in the rain then he's really not worried about the grass.... it doesnt cut right when wet. just screws up the blade and mower. i think you ought to carry a six pack over and hang out...... i think maybe he's got a thing for you..... not just anyone will run around naked in the rain with a flashlight for ya...... it must be love. good luck!!!

Riding mower or push? Manual or gas powered? And how powerful is the flashlight? It is really hard to comment without these important details.
