Proactive works best for me. I have always had bad breakouts and I have tried everything. Its a little expensive but it works Ipromise.Trust me as a middle class woman, Proactive is the best.

Wash yor face atleast twice a day, keep your hands off of your face through out the day. Its a germ transfer thing. You may have to try different cleansers to find one that works for you. I would suggest that you start out with something like clearasil, noxema, or dove. You may experence more break outs at first but if you are faithful and stick to it you should clear up and not have any problems.

there are many products to get riid of zis but if you eat good food( raw veggies and fruites) grains and not a bunch of junk food thats a start. Washing your face with warm soapy water and applying peroxide or alchohol to the zit zone will help greatly.

i just use a simple facial cleanser but the trick which may sound stupid is use a washcloth. your hands and fingers have natural oils which can make your pimples worse. also your fingers cant scrub as good as a washcloth can. wash your face when your get up in the morning, after work or school, and before you go to bed with a facial pore cleanser. that should take care of the problem quickly!

Drink lots of water and take vitamin E supplements it's better then buying some expensaive acne 3 step medication it's just better not to waste your money.
