with my speed reading, the first three books were done in just a manner of hours, and the fourth and fifth took just a day or two. the sixth had me at three days, and i couldn't put down the seventh. i absolutly love the series, and the movies do an ok job for the amount of time they have for them. it's few and far in between when you find a book that enthrolls you like these do, even better when it's a series, and you watch the characters grow, and you learn to relate to them. j.k. rowling is a genuis.

I love those books, its actually what got me reading so much now. Lol, my g-ma thinks that dumbledore isn't really dead at the end of the second. And that snape is double crossing voldemort. Lol. I'm gonna be mad if shes right b-cuz we had a long discussion on that.

I have two sets of the books. One for me and one for my grandson. I like Harry cause he has a good heart, and he fights for good. The story lines are never boring. Hagrid is my favorite charactor.

lovin the hp books. in my opinion they're alot better than the movies. the movies miss out alota things. cuts it down by heaps.
