You may have a bug, or you may be low on "fuel". When did you last eat? If more than 2 hours ago, you may want to fix yourself a high protein snack/meal, with a little bit of carbohydrate (vegetable or bread). Then wait 30 minutes (relax, lie down, nap if possible) and see if your weakness, light headedness feel better. Then take your temperature again.

If the problem persists after trying this, seek medical advice immediately.

Yup I agree you might have low blood sugar or blood pressure or be anemic but you should have your doc check you out because any of the above can be dangerous if they are to low or if your anemic and don't controle it you can have some probblems ahead.

You could be anemic. Or it could be from stress. Either way you need to go to the doctor. Have someone drive you there.
