You can't reduce the debt, but you can reduce the interest, which is what will really eat you alive. Maybe you can get a bank loan with like 4% interest instead of 8-19% credit card interest. Make it a 15 year loan. Then you will probably need to cut costs and get an extra job. If your net income increases $8,000 a year you could probably pay it off.

There are a lot of side things you can do to make money... Do you have a talent? can you speak another language or play an instrument? These are often jobs that can get you some quick, under-the-table cash in jobs like tutoring or performing. I also read a few tips in magazine articles about how to SAVE money and MAKE money.
(from JANE magazine)
saving money:
-switch to vonage. you should save $100 per month.
-ask for a lowball glass at the bar- studies show that bartenders pour more alchohol into short, wide glasses than tall ones. you can save up to $40 a month!
-Get a library card instead of buying books. savings: $40 a month, wow.
-Make a grocery list before shopping- you'll spend 30 percent less. savings per month: $120
-Quit smoking. It's a bad habit anyways, but it WILL save you cash... almost $120 a month!
-Get netflix instead of going to the movies or getting cable. it could save you $80 a month.
side hustle (also from jane magazine)
-sell things on ebay, earn $4,000 a month
-write customized erotica, make $1,000 a month
-Play alternative reality game, quadruple your paycheck at secondlife.com... get a second, virtual job!
-play online poker, rake in $12,000 per month (if you're good, of course... don't want to LOOSE money)
-photograph your feet, and make $8,000 a month (foot fetish sites, you can get paid $25-$75 an hour)
anyways, side jobs are a good idea for someone like you. Whenever i'm low on cash, i sel things that i dont use anymore. you can even go to goodwill and buy things like vintage designer clothing for like $4! i once saw an authentic, vintage christian DIOR wool coat for $5, as that's a standard price. you could sell that for like, $200... that's pretty cool if you ask me. Also, cut back on spending. best of luck...
