ok, i have to make a business plan for school, and i have to include an "organizational structure" can anyone please explain to me what this is?

It is a map of which "departments" report to which departments as well as who reports to whom.

e.g. VP of Finance & VP of IT & Admin Assistant to President report to the President.

then all managers who report to VP of Finance show up underneath him.

its like a family tree of a business. it shows the hierarchy of an organization.
