I don't like the tone of this question...... I've heard it asked, just like that , and there is something derogatory about it, the inference being that you are a nobody, if the question had to be asked in the first place. However, it is a legitimate question.

It is a legitimate question, but not on Yahoo, because it is not a good idea to tell the whole world everything about yourself. I think it is a rather personal question.

well apart from the And at the beginning of the question, my English teacher was very adamant about starting a sentence with And... yes it is a valid grammatically correct sentence conforming to the English Subject Verb Obect pattern...
