The only thing I know of is sun shields. They cut down on the heat inside of cars. Also you could try opening the windows just a tiny bit when parked to let some of the heat out. Park in the shade when possible. You could try tinting your windows, check to see what the law pertaining to tinting windows in your state is. Sorry don't know of anything solar at this time, but sounds like a good idea when someone invents something.

Your best bet is always going to be a white car cover. Or a white car. A white car may not look as "cool" as a black one in many people's eyes, but it actually feels cooler. The white roof reflects much of that pesky infrared away before it can turn the car into a sauna.

If you can find a double insulated WHITE car cover, that would be a good choice.

Here's a link to all of those solar powered fans that claim to keep your car cooler. I just have the smallest amount of faith in there ability to do the job.

All in all, try to park in the shade whenever you can.

If you don't have ac---put some cold wet towels on your dashboard.
