Every time you shave, your hair grows in faster. That's why young boys shave alot, in hopes that their hair grows in thicker. It's why some guys shave their heads, too, so their hair grows in faster. Pay attention here...I am not leaving the subject. There is no best razor to keep your hair from growing in faster. You can wax or use a product like Nair. Here's what Nair says: The real question is, why can shaving be so disappointing? Because shaving literally slices off the ends of your hair, it can leave a sharp edge behind. When those cut edges emerge, you can feel that rough, stubbly sensation as you run your hands over your skin. Not to mention how it feels to someone else! And, no matter how many blades you have, the stubble will always emerge. Add the possibility of nicks, cuts and razor bumps to the equation - Ouch!
However, I have a beautician friend who says if you are going to continue to use a razor, don't use shaving cream. Use conditioner. Hope that was good advise and not to preachy, dear.

Schick intuition give a very smooth shave with minimal irritation and no need for cream. However, the heads are expensive and the conditioning part runs out way before the razor is dull. Plus the smoothness doesn't last as long as a regular razor because you do not get as close a shave.
I like the Venus with three blades. The skintimate is very good as well. One trick that works really well to prevent irritation is keeping your raxor really clean. You know that no water needed hand stuff that kills 99% of germs? Well every time before I shave I clean my razor with it. Think of all the germs in your bathroom!

I have answered a question similar to this one a while back. I do not use shaving cream on my legs,..i use a hair conditioner,..preferably one with vitamin E or moisterizers. I also use a men's razor by schick. (or any other men's razor) I use a brand new razor everytime i shave and sometimes a new one for each leg. it helps with irritation and makes my legs very smooth!! Give it a go!!

I use the same razor and shaving cream as you do. But I got "victoria's secret spa moisturizing AFTER SHAVE LOTION" and it really calms the skin and make it smooth after shaving. It's only $9.50 and it works.
