I have a friend is been assuces of causing his girlfriend to bodly harm it is alledge that he grabbed her by the collar three days later she went to the doctor and complain of neck and back pain the doctor said she had muscle spasm could that resulted from grabbing by the collar

Yes, it is possible. It depends on the position of her neck at the time, if she was relaxed or if her neck muscles were tense, how hard he pulled her, etc.

Most definitely if any of her neck and back muscles got jerked or snapped when it was done. It's about the same as getting whiplash.

I suppose it could happen like that but there was probably some previous health problem.

it depends on how hard he grabbed her. but yes, he could have caused her injury.
