I take Zyrtec now and I really like it when I first started taking it I got a little tired but not knock out tired, now that my body is used to it because I take it every day I do really well with it. I have both indoor and outdoor allergies so I am really happy on the Zyrtec, my daughter also takes it and it does not seem to affect her either it has saved my life this summer.

I have hayfever that bothers me during allergy season and other allergies that are year round. I try to avoid my triggers as much as possible but that's not always feasible. I use Claritin for both types of allergies. It's non-drowsy. But sometimes my symptoms are so severe I need a nose spray like Nasonex (by prescription) or eye drops. Benadryl is by far the best allergy pill out there but it does make people tired. I use that when the Claritin doesn't work.

I suffer from certain allergies.
Most meds make me sleep.
I just endure the damn things untill I can get home and take something for them.
It sucks but science has not came up with anything yet that works without knocking me out cold.

I have a mild mold allergy, but I don't take meds. I just use lots of tissues.
