There used to be a place called the Queen of Sheba (Ethiopian) but it has not been in business for years. There is a place called Mesob in Dallas. I think they serve Nigerian dishes and Ethiopian food. I have never eaten there but an Ethiopian guy who works near me mentioned that he enjoys it.

this might be a long shot, but there is an African import store that was at the Grapevine Mills Mall, just north west of Downtown Dallas by DFW airport, you might inquire with them.
