White. When choking your only blue for so long before theres no more oxygen in your body which then the blood flow would stop and the pigment would leave your skin. Look at a dead person, their skin isn't blue, well at least for very long.

Well logically thinking if he or she has red blood which we were never told but asuming that they have red blood I would say purple or a shade of purple. Trying to logically come to an answer for you.
