uhhh, see the thing about that question is what IS the center?!?!?! cant you just like all the way around the tootsie pop and say you are at the center? does it really necessarily ahve to bee the tootsie center?!!?

My friend did it once while someone else counted. I think it was up in the 2,000's or so. Thats one lick at a time.
