My interpretation:
Enjoy everyday to the fullest, we never know how long we are going to be here! At any time we can die or anyone we love can pass away---- Last year 2 of my best friends passed away- One in the beginning of the year, at the age of 27 she passed away after complications with a kidney transplant.... and at the end of the year another friend passed away at the age of 31 after a year with Cancer-- Leukemia (AML)
We all know someone that has passed away unexpectedly or someone that has passed on at an early age- We should learn from this experiences and realize that life is precious and we must enjoy the present, we never know if we will be here tomorrow or if our loved ones will still be here!

time dont stop.. it always keep on running... you can no longer rewind those times that you wasted. that's why, you have to enjoy every seconds that you have now.. remember that you cant live in the past but only in the present.. and this present is your life.. live it happily.. enjoy it... for you will not be bother for spending your time with nothing... enjoy it!

it has to mean that the present is the only thing you can control. You can't change the past, or predict the future, so live in the moment ya heard me?

There is no past....it's gone. There is no future becuase it hasn;t happened yet. So all there is is a succession of "Nows". Enjoy the now.
