What does this dream mean? When you dream that you see dead people especially dead babies covered with BLOOD (Blood is everywhere) surrounded around you in a clean white painted room and some of them awake from the dead and ask for me to help them!

Dreams are steeped in symbolism. They are the detritus of your day and of things/issues hidden away in your sub-concious. The blood could represent newness or change and the babies are probably your inner child representatives. Are you at an age where you're coming into adulthood or taking on new responsibility - or wanting to?
Sounds like it could be time for a fundamental change in your life - but first you have to change what's inside. And that's the hardest part. There may be a pattern in your life or your psyche that is no longer serving you well and in order to move on you need to address this. It's not easy but its worth it.

First off - everyone in your dream is you. If you have a friend there it is the first thing/emotion you feel when you think of them (for example parents could equal authority). Babies are "ideas." So I suspect the dream is about one or more ideas that you have that part of you considers to be dead, but another part would like to resurrect. The white room is your subconscious, or a perhaps a "blank paper". The blood is for drama and to give a sense of urgency.

freud says dreams are open for personal interpretation and are either a fear or a fantasy .. so what do babies represent for you?
maybe you've started a new project and you feel like it is failing and you need desperately to succeed ... who knows ... first you must evaluate it then interpret it

It probably means that you have been watching to much horror on TV. It could also mean you have been watching too much news. Maybe you should find some pleasurable diversions.
