Have you installed fresh batteries or charged up the device? If so, try the process below:

I am not familiar with your particular Mp3 player, but many of them connect to a computer with a USB port that shows up in the computer as a removable drive. To check to see if yours does this, connect it and then wait 1-2 minutes for it to be found, then open My Computer and look for a drive with a higher letter than you have on your system, like F: or G:

If this is the case, you can delete files and add files, including music .mp3 files. as if it were another hard drive on your computer.
