get a box at least twice as big as the mother cat, place a few bath towels in the bottom. Make sure the sides are taller than the mother when she is laying down. Place the mother and all kittens inside the box. Kittens will live in this box untill either they can climb out or the mother takes them out to teach them items.
Cats in the wild live in caves, dens, etc when giving birth, a box with the lid cut off is perfect. Place it in a corner, low light, out of the path of most people, etc. And don't bother the box much, just let the mom do her thing. In a few days you can hang around the box more but the first few moments, hrs and days the kittens need to be with mom only, they need her warmth and everything.
Just keep an eye on the mom, if she needs something most likely she will come to you and meow her head off for what she wants. Keep her food bowl and water fresh and full and don't move them next to the box, she needs no changes to her normal routine during this time. Keep her litter extra clean as well as she will be crapping for a few since mothers eat the kittens bowl movements the first week.

You don't have to do much. Provide them with a place to sleep and eat together and the mother cat will do the rest. If the mother doesn't like your choice she will move them. After you give away the kittens how about getting your cat spayed?

Let your cat tend to them, as she has natural instincts to care for them. If she has rejected them, then you better get them to the vets, as they won't survive long without her. Find a cardboard box with some clean rags, or torn up paper so that they have a clean and cozy place and put the mother in with them. Also, put a blanket over top of the box and maybe cut an opening near the top of the box so the mom can get in and out. Good Luck.

Take them to an animal shelter and explain that you can only take care of one cat right now. Then, they will ask if you want your cat neutered or spayed, whatever, and then just hope they find a good home.

Get them out of the pillowcase and put them with their mother, try not to touch them if you can. If the mother won't go near them now because of this (it happens) ask another question. Try REALLY hard not to put your hands on the kittens.
