I think 18 is the lowest I have heard 4 years accepting students. My bro had an 18, and he got accepted but put on academic probation. Your best chance would be a private 4 year, but that will be expensive. Why not take it one more time?

all colleges are accepting the ACT test its basically the same as the SAT now.

A lot of schools don't really care what you get on your ACT or SAT as long as your grades are ok. Just apply to the schools you want to and a few safety schools. You can do it!
