Bruce Dickinson(Iron Maiden), Rob Halford (Judas Priest), Philip Anselmo (Pantera/Down/Superjoint Ritual), Corey Taylor (Slipknot/Stone Sour), Geoff Tate(Qurrenryche), Mike Patton (Faith No More/Mr Bungle), Dax Riggs (Acid Bath), Chris Cornell (Soundgarden/ Audioslave)
I guess I can't pick one cause all of these have a slightly diffenent style of music and vocals, but each one is perfect for what they do.

Geoff Tate.
If you don't consider Queensryche to be metal, then I would go with either Dickenson or (to round out the un-holy trio) Halford.
