pay them, if you are dealing with an agency let them know that he has not made payment and they will hold him in contempt of court and fine him,take away his drivers license, or put him in jail.the angencys have so much do deal with and you are not the only one who has child support issuse(thats what they always tell me) so heres web site you can go to that might be able to help ,even if you are on public asst.the web site is www.supportkids.com they will help you collect anything over a cetain amount but they will take a percentage. trust me it works, my dead son dad owes lots over 20,000 and never made a payment until we got ahold of this company,just becauseyou dont live in the house anymore doesnt mean you can stop supporting your child, if you dont wantto give her money then sorry it is not a chioce you have to.
