They told me today, 5 days after the interview, (which lasted 2 hours), that they thought that I had the personality that would fit the company and that my level of comfort made them feel more comfortable.
They also told me the range that I would be offered and where I would park after 1.45 hours of the interview.
I am scared to death, I want this job, so bad.
Why would cuz, throw me a bone and not offer me the job telling me that my personality would fit the company if I didn't, which he did today.
Geeze, I don't know, I am just looking for answers, I'm scared because I want this job, and more, I think I would be perfect for it and I think they think the same thing.
I don't know, maybe, I have a fear of success? Who the H E double hockey sticks knows if I don't....right?
I think I nailed the interview, but I am so ----not confident----. I have terrible interview anxiety and I felt like I was in my own living room with my interviewers.
What say you?

Two things you need to know about interviewing:
1. They are trying to see if you are truly "technically" qualified for the job. Meaning your resume doesn't overstate your qualifications.
2. You fit in with the organization and corporate culture of the business. Meaning your personality would work well in the environment they are looking to place you.
Rest assured, If it has been more than 1 week since the interview and you have yet to receive a phone call. They are probably continuing to interview other candidates, and you really are not the candidate of "choice".

Poor fellow, you got relax. If you feel good about the interview, the chances are you gonna get it. However, if you didn't receive your answer withing two week, then just forget about it, and get another one. Human resource people are always freakish, and judgemental. So if you didn't get that job, it probablly for the better. God works in a mysterious way, ain't it?

It all sounds good... lots of times, an interview will take place BEFORE past employers are called..........so as long as you didn't "lie" on the app........and your references check out.....you've probably got the job.

you will either be called back for another interview or receive a certified letter stated the exact job offer.

i would never hire a worrier like you....personally i think you need to show more confidence in yourself.
