Doing genealogy and this has come up as a posible place someone was at during the time period. They had TB in 1926 known for sure. Need to know the name of hospital /saniturium and any other info

This coul;d of been a prison also.
sometimes they used the prisons for paients as well.
I have search combos of words and can't find the info I need.

it may but the date is wrong because he had to be there between 1919 and 1940
this was being built in 1950..
i need to find out when the prison was built then see if they kept public patients there pior to bulding the tb ward .
