I am beginning my culinary this Aug. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on making it through? Plus does anyone have any plans to run their own buisness after graduation like myself?

STUDY! and don't ask advice from people who are not either - where you want to be, or -swiftly- moving in the direction you want to go.

I completed my culinary training a few years ago, the only key to making it through is study hard, and try making some of your cooking assignments at home to get the feel for them before you have to make them in class. If you have restaurant experience you will have a much easier time. As far as owning a business, pay especially close attention in your management and supervision classes, also in H.A.C.C.P.. One step at a time.

Well, what ever thing you're doing has to be your own interest. Always follow your heart and make your dreams come true. I'd suggest for a start you'd work for people before running your own business. Try to learn from others before startingby your own.
