I need to know how to take songs from mymusic folder and make them mp3 so that I can put them on myspace ,help

They are in my yahoo music engine so I guess they are wma.files

I don't think Yahoo Music Engine can convert files, but Musicmatch can. Download the jukebox from http://www.musicmatch.com and install it. Once loaded, go to File->Convert Files. There you'll be able to convert .WMAs to .MP3s.

you have to say what format the songs are now that you want to convert to .mp3?

Go to http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ to download free software to do just what you want to do!
