Without a doubt, it's To Kill a Mockingbird. Every so often, I will re-read it and it blows me away every time.
I also love anything by Stephen King, Harlan Coben and Robert Crais.

The Princess Bride by William Goldman.
Absolutely incredible. It's unbelievably romantic and yet it's action-packed. I've read it so many times I can probably recite it by now!
