Fish are food, not friends.

Take some time to study the different types of fish. Each have specific fish with which they are comfortable. Certain fish are aggressive and cannot be put with docile fish. Other fish need to be with only their own kind.

It's depend on the diet of those fish. The Law of the Jungle is:The winner is the strongest.Fish don't live in the jungle but the weaker fishes should be eaten by stronger, bigger and fiercer fishes.Don't keep the weaker fish in the tank of lerger predator fish.

if a fish is small enough to be eaten by another fish then they will be.

aggressiveness can be due to them living in too cramped a space, or to them not getting enough food.

then again, you get bully fish that bully everyone. Have you identified the bully yet? or do they all do it?
