Pisces are a little bit more intunned to the world around them become of being a sign of Rebirth / Self-sacrifice / Rejuvenation (so to speak). They end the cycle and they also end up starting it too. They look both ways: to the past and to the future. Maybe Cancerians as well as Scorpios are like that because of the water as their main sign.
I believe psychic ability depends on couple of factors: where you were born (city/location), time frame, date (day/year), what your rising/setting sign is, as well as what planets were where and how they've influenced everything even before you were born. If and when everything alligns "perfectly," psychic is born (regardless of the Sun Sign).

Just like any of the other signs, cancerians can be. I my self have a indgo child who just so happens to be a cancer. Its not so much about what sign you are but more so the fact that you recognize the ability to see, and acknowledge it.. everyone has the ability to be just as great as the best. ;)

They definitely are more emotional & a lot more caring than other signs. Sometimes people do take them to be psychic. So, may be that makes you think that way .

Yes we are...and I knew you were going to ask that question!!! But really, not psychic, but we can kinda foresee stuff...like...if you hold a deck of cards, you kinda know what the next card will be...or if you hear a car coming down the street...you know the color of the car....things like that.
