The B.I.A. can probably help you figure out the name of the reservation (there are several in New York.)

Then you'd have to learn which tribe lives on that reservation. There are six Iroquois Nations, and a number of clans. You'd need to contact the head, chief or president of that tribe and ask for permission.

I don't know about them, but if someone asked me if they could vacation in my back yard, I think I'd say no.

Of course the tribe may own a hotel or something. In which case, all you'd have to do is make a reservation at the reservation.
