I don't...your body can sustain its own natural acidity/base balance without external douching. When someone does douche, it clears out the good and the bad bacteria and then the bad bacteria can over ride the good as it comes back...Long and short, don't douche unless your doctor instructs you to for a specific reason.

I wouldn't and my doctor doesn't recommend it either. Ingredients in the douche could cause irritation. Douching can also drive bacteria further inside the vagina, making infection more likely and harder to treat.

NEVER! It can throw off the balance of bacteria and acids in your vagina, making it smell worse than it did before you douche. You can contract all kinds of viral infections because of your disease fighting bacteria no longer lingering in there!!!

never. it throws off your vagina's pH and natural environment. there are two self-cleaning organs in the body (for women): the eye and the vagina.
