It should not be if you give effort and try. I did it last year and the year before and i am not really a basketball player more of softball and ice skating and volleyball. But any way yeah try your hardest and out hustle everyone and you should be ok!

Usually if you just try your hardest in tryouts and have some skills you will make either the A or B team. The hard part is staying on the team. Many of the middle school coaches want to start preparing kids for high school basketball. Mine did and we had to get B- or better in all our classes and an A in gym, along with being on time for practice, and wearing a tie on game days. Any classroom behavior problems and we would be benched or kicked off the team for anything serious.

not really, as long as your in the basketball athletic period and try really hard at tryouts it should be fine. making high school basketball teams is a lot harder because the level of competition is higher. but it also depends on what division and who all is in your competitiion district.

just go for it, youll never know unless you try.

Not really...just try out.

Normally, if you're not good enough for the A team, the B team will find a spot for you...
