Its perfectly fine. Its not weird at all.
What happens is, when we are in act (sex), we don't see our partner. So, we often just imagine.
Sometimes as in your case, one want to see, how my partner makes moves, how he cuddles, how he go about turning on someone?

No, it's not strange at all. Quite a few people have fantasies involving group sex or voyeurism. Acting on it is something else. Very, very few of us are secure enough to do it and then let it go. Our insecurities often lead to endless questions, comparisons, and doubts. You could lose a good relationship over a whim if you're not careful.
