I heard 23 but can find none other than Pa and a few others.
Most have been on the books for centuries and few have been prosecuted for it.
Adultery, though, is a basis for divorce in many states!
Many women are pushing to make adultery a crime again, mostly religious groups!
Women commit adultery at a very high rate!

Despite what laws state may have on their books, it is likley that a ban on adultery between consenting adults would be held to be unconstitutional

have no clue,if those laws were enforced we would have to release all the prisoners and let the small population left of law abiding citizens ,live in the safety of the prison compounds, away from the wholly criminal societies at large

I don't know, but imagine how flooded the court and legal system would be if they actually decided to enforce that. Half of the population would be in trouble.
