That depends on the grading system employed by the education organisation you attend. if this exam is a non-compulsary exam that goes toward your grade for that class, and if that class is a non-compulsary subject that goes toward your certification, then you would need to be significantly better at the other classes to compensate. If, however, either of these factors are compulsary to pass then you must calculate what is compulsary for graduation and comply or fail.
